1. Automatic coiling machine: Automatic coiling machine is an auto machine in making "bonnell" type mattress spring. It combines coiling, knotting, heat treatment and out put total four procedures together automatically in one machine. The productivity is at 60 units in one minute, it can process steel sire diameter from 2.0-2.4mm. Spring height from 130-180mm by only one person. It has a nice structure which keep a stable and safe productivity. Mean-while, it is also very easy in adjusting. For all mattress factories, it is really the best machine because it has so much good characteristics.
2. Automatic assembly spring machine. This machine is mainly used for assembling spring units with springs and helical wire. It is an ideal equipment for producing mattress spring units.
